Solution for sludge wastewater treatment in ceramic industry
- Application materials: Ceramic sludge
- Category: Ceramic firing
- Adaptive equipment: Plate and frame filter press
Scheme Introduction
According to the information provided by the staff of the factory, the daily discharge of the factory is 8000 m³, and the waste water treatment project is designed according to Qh = 400m³/h, which runs for 20 hours and implements two shifts, due to the simple production process and few chemical raw materials, the water quality components of the waste water are relatively simple, which are mainly manifested as more suspended solids, turbid water quality and a small amount of humic acid in the soil, the waste water is acidic, and the ceramic waste water discharged from the raw materials to the forming years enters into the underground water collecting reservoir through grid filtration after removing the floating oil, and then is quantitatively pumped into the rotary reactor by the pump through blast aeration and uniform mixing, and add the micro least polyaluminium chloride flocculant for the mixed reaction. After the mixed reaction, the water flows into the water distribution tank of the leveling sedimentation tank, and finally flows into the sedimentation tank through the giant water distribution hole at the bottom of the water distribution tank. In the whole process, a large number of suspended solids dispersed in the waste water are aggregated under the adsorption and bridging effect of the flocculant after 5-10 minutes of reaction between the suspended solids and the flocculant in the waste water, which are precipitated in the parallel flow, and the water enters into the clean water tank, and there is a pump into the recycling system. The clay deposited in the sedimentation tank and the reaction tank is pumped into the sludge for concentration, and the supernatant returns to the underground collecting tank. The sludge enters the plate-frame filter press through the pump to produce the mud cake of raw materials under pressure.
