  1. When wastewater flow through gratings, strips of cloth and larger scale things will be intercepted. Therefore, you need to regularly clear them.
  2. Chemical coagulation sedimentation is adopted. You need to adjust PH value. Then, you add coagulant and PAM to remove SS and colloidal substance, and part of Chroma.
  3. In hydrolysis acidification pool, denitrifying bacteria revert inorganic nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen to nitrogen in the absence of oxygen. Meanwhile, part of COD will be removed. Submersible mixer is also installed to make sludge and wastewater intensive mixing by Intermittent stirring. In addition, facultative bacteria to break molecular structure of dyestuff, so as to convert macromolecule into micro molecule, and degrade most of dye molecules into colorless micro molecule. The hydrolysis acidification can effectively improve biodegradability of wastewater, and create better conditions for successive aerobic treatment.
  4. It adopts two-stage aerobic process, including activated sludge process and catalytic oxidation pond. In this way, species with relative different properties will be cultivated, so as to improve working efficiency. The second stage adopts catalytic oxidation pond with elastic fiberfill, which achieves wastewater treatment by oxygen provided by air blower and microorganism.
  5. Sediment and filtration. The liquid from catalytic oxidation pond occurs sediment in the settling pond. The liquid supernatant flow through the middle pond. And purities in the filtrate will be further absorbed by active carbon filter, so as to make liquid supernatant achieve discharge standard. At the same time, filter press can help you convert concentrated sludge into filter cakes and filtrate by solid liquid separation. The filter cake is featured with lower moisture, which is convenient for transportation and further treatment.
