About the reason why the chamber filter does not return
In the process of using the chamber filter press, we will inevitably encounter some minor faults, for example, the chamber filter press does not return. What should we do when we encounter this situation?
1. The motor can start, but the movable platen is pressed tightly and the return has no action.
The reasons why the movable platen can't be pressed and pulled open are that the oil level of the hydraulic cylinder falls, the oil quantity is not enough, the plunger oil pump is broken, the electromagnetic reversing valve fails to move, the overflow valve fails, and the oil is too dirty.
The solution is to check the hydraulic cylinder, and the oil level is short of refueling. Start the motor and measure the current, so as to diagnose whether the oil pump is loaded or not, replace the oil pump without load, and install the oil pump so that there is no air leakage at the inlet and no liquid leakage at the outlet. Start the motor and press the pressing button of the platen to check whether the indicator light of the coil part shows up normally, clean the valve part and replace it abnormally. High and low pressure overflow valve first twist open the front end cover, inching the motor to start the oil pump to wash, and then check whether the tension spring is loose, if so, replace the tension spring, the valve body of high and low relief valve can be used for a long time, the failure rate is very low. Observe that the color of the oil is dark and the viscosity of hand touch is low, which needs to be replaced. The normal running plate-frame filter press replaces the hydraulic oil in the oil tank once a year.
2. There is a lack of pressing force of the movable platen of the chamber filter press
The pressing force of the movable pressure plate is controlled by the electric contact pressure gauge. The pressing force of the movable pressure plate lacks the pressure adjustment of the electric contact pressure gauge, the high pressure liquid flow valve, the oil leakage of each valve is severe, and the oil is dirty, blocking the valve body.
The treatment method is to readjust the electric contact pressure gauge and the high pressure fluid valve, twist the front end cover of the high and low pressure overflow valves first, start the oil pump scouring by inching the motor, check the leakage condition of each valve oil circuit, and replace the sealed junction pad. If the oil is too dirty or the usage time exceeds one year, replace it.
Pressure maintaining failure means that the oil pump stops working after the pressing force of the movable pressure plate rises to the upper limit value of the electric contact pressure gauge. In the working process (feed pressure filter), if the compressed oil pressure drops to the lower limit of electric contact pressure gauge, the system will actively compensate for the failure, and the compressed oil pressure drops to feed pressure filter.
The treatment method is to check whether the oil circuit and piston sealing ring leak, replace the hydraulic control one-way valve sealing ring and clean the hydraulic control one-way valve body.
3. The filtrate of the chamber filter press is unclear, the filtering effect of the jet calcium carbide slurry between the filter plates is poor, and the water content of the filter cake is high
Whether the filter plate components are intact is crucial to the normal operation of the filter press. Damage and leakage of the filter cloth can make the filtrate dirty, the filter plate is not tightly pressed, the plate surface is clamped with calcium carbide slag or sundries, the filter cloth is wrinkled and the thickness of the filter cloth is uneven, which can make the calcium carbide slag slurry spray between the filter plates, the bottom of the filter cloth is clamped with residual calcium carbide slag, and the bottom of the filter cloth is thickened, which can make the tail deflect larger. Therefore, the maintenance of the filter plate parts can reduce the damage of the filter plate and ensure that no calcium carbide slurry and filtrate will be sprayed out of dirt. The details should be as follows:
(1) select the filter cloth which is suitable for the filter materials of calcium carbide slag. The filter cloth should ensure the cracking strength, radial and weft tensile ratio and air permeability.
(2) the filter cloth should be placed smoothly without folding and wrinkling, and there should be no leakage. The edge should stretch out of the filter plate, and the rope should be tied well without accumulated calcium carbide slag.
(3) clean the filter cloth regularly and make regulations according to the operation condition.
(6) compared with other rotary pumps, they are less sensitive to the incoming gas and dirt;
(7) solid structure, easy to install and maintain.
Its disadvantage is that the requirements of screw processing and assembly are relatively high; the performance of pump is relatively sensitive to the change of liquid viscosity.
The screw pump of plate and frame filter press is electric, but if the screw pump of filter press exceeds the rated pressure, the internal parts of the pump will be damaged. Pneumatic diaphragm pump can avoid this problem. If the pressure is too high, the pump will stop automatically. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages.
