However, transformation and upgrading require a lot of funds invested by enterprises. Where do these funds come from? Do you rely on borrowing? Borrowing is only a temporary solution. In the final analysis, enterprises need to have rich profits to promote transformation and upgrading with profits. But the current situation is that the profit of the whole production enterprise is not high, mainly because the selling price is low.

Why is the selling price of the product not high and the profit very low? The main reason is that there are many market disruptors. A formal enterprise needs to pay taxes, high costs of environmental protection equipment, full insurance for employees, high costs of research and development, good working environment and safe work, in order to ensure product quality and service, there must be expensive management fees, so the cost of formal enterprises is very high.

However, an informal enterprise or workshop does not have these fees at all, even if there are, it is pitiful that the cost of such an enterprise is much lower than that of a formal enterprise, so they can get sales at low prices, while formal enterprises can only lower the price in order to get sales, which leads to the phenomenon of low sales price and low profit of formal enterprises. So this phenomenon is extremely unfair to formal enterprises. Therefore, formal enterprises will also try their best to reduce operating costs, as well as avoid tax, do not use environmental protection equipment and so on. They will also try their best to reduce raw material costs and management costs, because only such formal enterprises still have room for survival.

Therefore, when the economy develops to the present stage, the central government has no choice but to cut down those informal enterprises or gradually transform all the enterprises into formal ones, at the same time, it can also eliminate some excess and backward production capacity. Only in this way can the profit of the enterprise be improved, and the enterprise have more funds to invest in research and development, transformation and upgrading, and give more benefits to employees. Reason 2: improve the employment environment of the enterprise.

For all enterprises, what they lack most is Talents. It takes many years for an enterprise to cultivate a good talent, a variety of trainings and trainings, as well as a large amount of money, but usually, talents are poached by other small enterprises with high salaries after they are well trained, because small enterprises do not invest a lot of time and expenses in training talents, and poaching talents is the simplest, fastest and lowest cost method. At the same time, it also leads to the unwillingness of formal enterprises to cultivate more talents, which is also an extremely unfair phenomenon.

For the Employment Enterprises, everyone feels that the current employees are very impetuous, and they are always in a mood and leave their jobs. Even if they don't leave their jobs, they are not willing to work hard, and it is increasingly difficult to manage them. Why does this phenomenon occur?
