Introduction of the scheme: After the analysis of the samples by the Bebon laboratory, it is found that the sewage treatment of the oilfield is mainly to remove the oil, suspended solids and other unfavorable components that hinder water injection and easily cause corrosion and scaling of the water injection system, therefore, the researchers decided to lift the waste mud discharged during the drilling process to the debris cache device through the mud collecting box, and use the pump to lift it to the desilking coagulation tank, use dry powder adding machine to add lactating and coagulating drugs quantitatively. The coagulation liquid is pumped from the ceramic double-cylinder pump to the skid-mounted plate-frame filter press for solid-liquid separation. The separated mud cakes are transported out of the filter press unit by the belt conveyor, and the filtrate enters the subsequent purification treatment device. After working procedures one by one, the emission will finally meet the requirements.
