Scheme Introduction: With the development of economy, the total amount of sewage discharge continues to increase, and the water pollution situation of river course is deteriorating day by day, which also brings great pressure to the government, the traditional craft will cause the secondary pollution problem of the environment, and in this project we use the plate-and-frame filter press, after the silt at the bottom of the river is twisted and sucked by a winking dredger, sludge sewage is pumped into the rotary drum grille to remove large pieces of garbage and sundries such as bricks, big stones, dead branches, plastic bags, shoes and socks, and then remove strip-like soft impurities through the mechanical grille, and then remove sand through the sand remover, sludge sewage is accelerated and concentrated to 10% through homogenization tank ~ After 15%, the mud water is scraped out by the bottom mud scraper and sent to the filter press for dehydration. After dehydration, the solid content of the mud reaches 65% (the moisture content is about 35% ). The amount of mud cake produced per unit per hour reaches 8 tons, and the separated water quality reaches the National Emission Standard. It has achieved good social and economic benefits.
