How to Identify Faults of Fully Automatic Filter Press
1. Temperature of hydraulic oil: The temperature of hydraulic oil is generally maintained at 10 - 65°C. Excessively high oil temperature can vaporize the oil, generate water vapor, and cause corrosion to the accessories in the machine. After cooling, it becomes some fine particles, over time, will aggregate into sediments, which will easily block the oil filter in the hydraulic system and the small holes in the hydraulic valve, causing the hydraulic system to not work properly. At the same time, over time, Will cause damage to some small pipes.
2. During the operation of the fully automatic filter press, the pressure of the liquid sometimes rises immediately, resulting in a force peak that is much higher than the normal pressure. The pressure indicator exceeds the upper limit of the electrical contact pressure gauge. It was originally thought to be a pressure gauge phenomenon. After multiple tracking, it was found that it occurred in the pressure maintaining state, and the pressure value was higher than the high pressure between 4 and 6 MPa, and was much higher than the high pressure. Install an ordinary pressure gauge on the connecting pipe between the feed inlet of the fully automatic filter press and the feed pump, install a valve on the feed pipe, open and close the valve multiple times to control the flow, and re-adjust each press the working pressure of the filter.
