How does BBNEP Filter Press Work Efficiently?

Before filtration, filter plates lined with filter cloth will be tightly pressed by hydraulic pressure or mechanical pressure. These pressed plates will form multiple closed filter chambers. Then, the slurry pump will force slurry into the empty filter chambers, which means that filtration begins. Due to filter cloth, the solid materials are captured between each two filter plates, while filtrate water passes through filter cloth and exits by channels on the filter plates. During filtration process, all filter plates are closed tightly. The slurry solids gradually fill all chambers. Then the slurry pump will stop and the hydraulic pressure for holding filter plates will be released. At this time, you can orderly pull the filter plates to discharge dewatered solid material cakes. In terms of chamber filter press with automatic plate shifter, you can control plate shifter to automatically pull filter plates, so as to improve working efficiency. This is a complete filtration process.
