Application of BBNEP filter presses (I)

BBNEP manufactures various filter presses, including chamber filter press, vehicle-mounted filter press, and membrane filter press and so on. Different filter presses are suitable for wastewater treatment in different industries. Let’s look following applications.

• Treatment of piling wastewater

Vehicle-mounted filter press has strong mobility. With the help of vehicle-mounted filter press, sewage will become filtrate and filter cakes. The filter cake is easy to be treated. And the filtrate can be reused. The equipment is suitable for dealing with wastewater generated in tunneling and construction site.

• Pectin wastewater treatment

Pectin wastewater has higher concentration and poisonousness. After physical absorption, chemical precipitation, biodegradation and adding flocculants, you can adopt chamber filter press to deal with sewage. And the filter cakes can be treated as industrial refuse.

• Mining wastewater treatment

Generally speaking, mining wastewater is mainly treated by chamber filter press. After filtration, the filtrate can be reused for washing mineral, so as to save water. And the solid materials separated are easier for transportation and further treatment.
