Dyeing sludge is a mixture of mud and water produced after treatment and precipitation of printing and dyeing wastewater. It mainly includes some particles dropped from the fabric itself and various colored dyes added in the dyeing process, which are produced at all stages of printing and dyeing. The printing and dyeing wastewater passes through the grid to remove the larger floating matter; adding decolorizing agent to decoloration; add neutralizer to adjust PH value; the flocculants are added, by passing through the air float sedimentation tank, flocculants are introduced into the sludge concentration tank and the water enters the anaerobic hydrolysis tank. Wastewater is oxidized through contacting oxidation tank. Flocculants are added again to accelerate the solid particle precipitation.
