The printing and dyeing wastewater passes through the grid to remove the larger floating matter; adding decolorizing agent to decoloration; add neutralizer to adjust PH value; the flocculants are added, by passing through the air float sedimentation tank, flocculants are introduced into the sludge concentration tank and the water enters the anaerobic hydrolysis tank. Wastewater is oxidized through contacting oxidation tank. Flocculants are added again to accelerate the solid particle precipitation. The upper water is discharged after treatment, and the lower sediment is introduced into the sludge concentration tank.
