Fully Automatic Program Controlled Filtering Equipment,The filter plates of BBNEP filter press adopt the middle feed, that is to say, the feed port is set on the central position of filter plate. BBNEP filter plates are featured with larger feed port and smaller resistance. In addition, this design can make all parts of the filter plate stand uniform force, so as to prolong service life. The filter cloth that used with filter plate is installed by bandage. When you install filter cloths, you can stroll one side of filter cloth, make it across through feed port, then unfold it and fasten them with bandage. Therefore, filter cloths are easy for installation and dismounting.

The filter presses produced by BBNEP adopt the principle of solid-liquid separation to treat sewage. Taking the membrane filter press as an example, the filter chamber is composed of membrane filter plates and chamber filter plates arranged alternately. The sewage is pumped into the filter chamber through the feed hole at the rear end of the filter press. According to the previously set filter cloth pore size, larger solid particles will remain in the filter chamber and gradually accumulate to form a filter cake. The filtrate is smoothly discharged through the filter cloth and out of the equipment. After the filter press is completed, the feed pump is turned off, and high-pressure gas or liquid is introduced into the diaphragm plate to perform "'secondary press'" on the filter cake. There is no final "secondary press" for plate and frame filter presses and chamber filter presses.
