The surface of the filter plate is designed with convex dots, which can effectively reduce the filtration resistance and make the filtrate effluent smoother, thereby increasing the filtration speed of the filter plate and extending the service life.

The mud pump sends the mud into the closed filter chamber through the inlet. With the help of pump pressure and pressure from outside of the filter plate, the filtrate is drained from the outlet on each filter plate. Solid materials are piled up on the filter cloth, gradually forming a filter cake. When no more filtrate flows out, you can turn off the pump, and remove the pressure of the filter plate. Then you can pull the filter plate to make filter cake fall down.
