As support part of whole filter press, the rack part plays an important role in wastewater treatment. The rack part is welded with Q345 middle plate, which is not easy to deform. During working process, the filter press adopts the combination action design of hydraulic pressure and electric. This design can greatly decrease labor intensity. At the same time, the filter press achieve automatic pressure maintaining by electro connecting pressure gauge, which can prevent slurry leakage during filtration process.

When the filtration starts, the filter plate between the thrust plate and the thrust plate is compressed, and a closed filter chamber is formed between each two filter plates. After the mud is pumped into the filter press, it will be evenly dispersed in each filter chamber. Due to the pressure of the pump, the solid material is blocked by the filter cloth and gradually builds up to form a filter cake. The filtrate is discharged from the body along the filter plate through the liquid discharge port. When the concentration of the filter cake decreases and no more filtrate flows out, you can loosen the filter plate and remove the filter cake to complete a pressure filtration process.

The training location is arranged at the operating site of the system equipment, and the training time and location can also be arranged according to the user's specific requirements (contract terms).
