Ceramic sludge generates from ceramic machining process. Its main ingredients include clay, feldspar and limestone. Generally speaking, the solid content of wastewater is 0.1-0.2%. Ceramic sludge filtration process

1. Adding flocculants and sediment.
2. Sending sludge into round filter press by piston pump.
3. Due to the filter cloth, solid materials will be obstructed and forms into filter cakes. And the filtrate will flow out by channels.
4. After filtration, automatic plate shifter will pull filter plates to unload filter cakes.
