PLC control automatic membrane filter press is one of hot-sale equipment of BBNEP filter presses. Membrane filter press with automatic filter shifter belongs to mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration design, which has compact structure and is easy-to-operate. It mainly includes the following parts,

• Rack section: It consists of oil cylinder assembly, thrust plate, keep plate, etc. That is to say, it can provide power for filtration and control filter process.
• Filtration part: Membrane filter plates, chamber filter plates and filter cloth forms filter chambers for solid liquid separation. The liquid will be discharged from drain valve, and the solid materials will become filter cakes in chambers. Meanwhile, membrane filter plates will be aerated for further reducing water content.
• Automatic plate shifter: When the filtration process is over, you can control plate shifter to pull filter plates by PLC system. It consists of chain, variable frequency motor, reduction gears and shifter. This device can improve working efficiency and reduce working intensity.
• Electrical control part: It is the control center of whole machine, including transducer, PLC, thermorelay, air switch, signal light and other accessories.
• Hydraulic part: It is the power station of whole machine. It can finish automatically compressing and unloading under high pressure.
