How does the production of BBNEP filter press?

As we all know, filter plates are important part of filter press. On the one hand, it can support filter cloth during filtration process, so as to promote the formation of filter cakes. On the other hand, it can bear higher pressure and form multiple chambers for solid liquid separation. 1. Hot melting: The raw materials of filter press plates include polypropylene particles, calcium power or elastomer. These materials will be added to hot melt machine according to certain proportion.
2. Forming: We put melted polypropylene particles into the mold to make them into certain shapes with the huge pressure of the machine. (This is the process of making chamber filter plates). In terms of producing membrane filter plates, melted PP particles will be put into injection molding machine.
3. Deep processing: The produced filter plates will be sent to workshop for further processing. We use milling machine to make the surface of filter plates smoother. And we will adopt drill to make inlet and outlet holes. Then, our worker will repair the final burr by flame.
4. Installation: We will install handles on the filter plates.
