In terms of municipal and dying wastewater treatment, BBNEP membrane filter press will be one of efficient equipment. If you want to keep the equipment in high working efficiency and good filtration performance, you may need to know about its operating process. Detailed information is as below.

Firstly, you should check the whole machine before operation. You should check the cleanness and completion of filter plates and filter cloth. Then, you can start up oil pump to make piston press all filter plates and form sealed chambers. When the pressure achieves specified value, the hydraulic system starts to intervene automatically.

Secondly, you can turn on the slurry pump to send sewage into chambers. With the increase of sewage in the chambers, the membrane filter press will automatically adjust press force to keep good filtration performance. When no filtrate flows out, you can introduce air or water into membrane filter press to make filter plates expand and deeply press filter cakes.

Finally, you should close feed pump and loosen keep plate to relief plate. Then you can control automatic plate shifter to discharge filter cakes.
