After compression, the self-locking helix angle on the screw and the fixing nut is used to ensure that the filter plate is in a stable compression state. The material is transported into the filter chamber by the filter pump, and the filter cloth separates the solid material and the liquid to achieve solid-liquid separation. The solid material in the filter chamber forms a filter cake under the pressure, which is convenient for transportation and handling in the later stage.
