The rack of BBNEP filter press consists of main girder, keep plate, thrust plate, oil cylinder base and landing legs that is welded with Q345 middle plate by carbon-dioxide arc welding. After high temperature annealing treatment, we will use jet-stream peening machine to remove rust and oxide layer on the surface of rack. At the same time, many tiny holes will be left on the surface of the rack, which can enhance adhesive force of antirust paint and finishing coat.

The treatment process mainly includes feeding, dewatering and cake unloading. The mud pump sends the sewage to the closed filter chamber formed by the filter plate through the feed hole, and the filter medium traps the solid matter in the filter chamber to form a filter cake. The filtrate flows out of the body through the filter cloth along the filter plate. If a membrane filter press is used, high-pressure air or liquid needs to be passed into the membrane plate after the pressure filter is completed, and the filter cake is pressed again to reduce the water content of the filter cake.
