Among them, underflow refers to that the filtrate condenses in the channel formed at the lower end of the filter plate and is discharged uniformly from the end of the filter press. Open flow means that the filtrate flows out separately from the nozzle installed on each filter plate. In the process of sludge treatment, BBNEP filter press machine adopts automatic pressure maintaining to press filter plates, which can maintain a stable compression force during the filtration process and effectively preventing slurry splattering. The mud pump sends the mud into the closed filter chamber through the inlet. With the help of pump pressure and pressure from outside of the filter plate, the filtrate is drained from the outlet on each filter plate. Solid materials are piled up on the filter cloth, gradually forming a filter cake. When no more filtrate flows out, you can turn off the pump, and remove the pressure of the filter plate. Then you can pull the filter plate to make filter cake fall down.
