Being controlled by PLC, variable frequency motor rotates and chains drive plate shifters to draw filter plates to discharge filter cakes. In addition to program control, you also can choose manual control, and you can control the forward movement, stop and backward movement of plate shifter. This design can greatly decrease workload. This device is most suitable for hydraulic filter press with more filter plates and larger filter plate diameters.

For the treatment of sand washing wastewater, stone wastewater and commercial concrete wastewater, BBNEP filter presses mainly use the principle of solid-liquid separation to separate solid substances from the wastewater, so as to realize the recycling of wastewater or discharge up to standard.
