Our filter presses are of various types and complete models and can be adapted to sewage of various sizes and properties. In particular, our high-pressure membrane filter presses use ultra-high pressure compaction. And the filter plate has strong pressure resistance, which can prevent filter plates from leakage and deformation. The diaphragm plate is made up of TPE material, which can be inflated and make secondary press on filter cakes. The treatment effect can make the filter cake moisture content less than 30%, which is suitable for high-level sewage treatment.

The filter plate adopts central feed, which can make the whole filter plate evenly stressed during the filter press process, and there will be no filter plate deformation and slurry leakage. In addition, the filter press frame adopts a strict process, which can provide good and stable support for the filter part during the work process. Cooperation between these two points make the equipment achieve a good sewage treatment effect.

The filter presses produced by BBNEP adopt the principle of solid-liquid separation to treat sewage. Taking the membrane filter press as an example, the filter chamber is composed of membrane filter plates and chamber filter plates arranged alternately. The sewage is pumped into the filter chamber through the feed hole at the rear end of the filter press. According to the previously set filter cloth pore size, larger solid particles will remain in the filter chamber and gradually accumulate to form a filter cake. The filtrate is smoothly discharged through the filter cloth and out of the equipment. After the filter press is completed, the feed pump is turned off, and high-pressure gas or liquid is introduced into the diaphragm plate to perform "'secondary press'" on the filter cake. There is no final "secondary press" for plate and frame filter presses and chamber filter presses.

We train user technicians for free, and the trained personnel should have certain basic knowledge of machinery. The training location is arranged at the operating site of the system equipment, and the training time and location can also be arranged according to the user's specific requirements (contract terms). The training time is 3 days (24 hours). BBNEP reserves more than 10 technical personnel every year.
