After being treated by jet stream peening machine, the rust and oxide layer will be removed. In addition, the surface of middle plate appears many small holes, which can improve adhesive force of oil paint and prevent paint from peeling off in the following operation process. The filter machine plates are made up of molded polypropylene, which have higher purity and better crushing resistance.

Before filtration, medication, biochemistry, sediment and other operations may be needed, according to characteristics of wastewater. The filter press takes advantage of pressure and filter cloth to separate solid materials from wastewater. Finally, solid materials leave in filter chambers and form into filter cakes; while liquid will pass through filter cloth and flow out of filter press by channels and outlet valve. Filtrated filter cakes are more convenient for transportation and further treatment. Meanwhile, the filtrate can achieve discharge standard or you can recycle and use it in working process again.

We train user technicians for free, and the trained personnel should have certain basic knowledge of machinery. The training location is arranged at the operating site of the system equipment, and the training time and location can also be arranged according to the user's specific requirements (contract terms).
