BBNEP provides multiple kinds of accessory devices for filter press. According to our experience, cake storage hopper is essential to large-scale wastewater treatment. BBNEP cake storage hopper adopts carbon steel structure and its surface is coated with antifouling paint. This device is controlled by independent hydraulic station and control cabinet. It can contain filter cakes produced by two or three filtration circles. Our cake storage hopper has special characteristics on structure design, material selection, manufacturing technique and preservative treatment. It is sturdy, easy-to-operate and practical.

Similar to automatic pressure-maintaining filter presses and mechanical filter presses, BBNEP high-pressure round filter presses also use the principle of solid-liquid separation to treat sewage. Using a plunger pump, the material is driven into a filter chamber composed of a circular filter plate. Under the action of pressure, the liquid in the material smoothly passes through the filter cloth and is discharged out of the body; the solid material is blocked by the filter cloth in the filter chamber and gradually accumulates to form a round filter cake. After the filter press is completed, the filter plate can be pulled out in order to discharge the material, and the filter cake can be automatically detached by using gravity.
