Automatic plate shifters are separately installed on two sides of filter press. When filtration is installed, you can control filter plate shifters by electric control cabinet and make them pull filter plates to discharge filter cakes. As for large-scale wastewater treatment, this design can not only shorten filtration cycle, but also decrease labor strength.

Similar to automatic pressure-maintaining filter presses and mechanical filter presses, BBNEP high-pressure round filter presses also use the principle of solid-liquid separation to treat sewage. Using a plunger pump, the material is driven into a filter chamber composed of a circular filter plate. Under the action of pressure, the liquid in the material smoothly passes through the filter cloth and is discharged out of the body; the solid material is blocked by the filter cloth in the filter chamber and gradually accumulates to form a round filter cake. After the filter press is completed, the filter plate can be pulled out in order to discharge the material, and the filter cake can be automatically detached by using gravity.
