After entering the filter press, the materials are dispersed from the middle to each filter chamber, ensuring that the pressure of each filter chamber is uniform, and it is not easy to damage the filter plate. The sealing ring uses Austrian imported technology and uses polyurethane with the addition of copper tetrafluoride, the service life is 2 times longer than the general one. The overall hardness is high, the wear resistance is good, the corrosion resistance is strong, and the maintenance and repair are more convenient.

In order to meet different requirements on wastewater treatment equipment, BBNEP manufactures sturdy polypropylene filter plates with good sealing. The whole rack of filter press adopts Q345 middle plate, which is not easy to deform and corrosion resistant. In terms of some special industrial requirements, we also provide membrane filter press for lower filter cakes moisture, high-pressure round filter press, filter press with automatic plate shifter and filter press with automatic cloth washing device.

The filter presses produced by BBNEP adopt the principle of solid-liquid separation to treat sewage. Taking the membrane filter press as an example, the filter chamber is composed of membrane filter plates and chamber filter plates arranged alternately. The sewage is pumped into the filter chamber through the feed hole at the rear end of the filter press. According to the previously set filter cloth pore size, larger solid particles will remain in the filter chamber and gradually accumulate to form a filter cake. The filtrate is smoothly discharged through the filter cloth and out of the equipment. After the filter press is completed, the feed pump is turned off, and high-pressure gas or liquid is introduced into the diaphragm plate to perform "'secondary press'" on the filter cake. There is no final "secondary press" for plate and frame filter presses and chamber filter presses.
