1. Low oil pressure

Many reasons may cause a lake of oil pressure, including improper adjustment of overflow valve, oil leakage in the valve, badly worn of cylinder sealing, external leakage of pipeline, solenoid directional valve is not in place, damage of plunger pump and oil level is not enough. If you find reasons, please replace or repair wear parts in time, and then the machine will work normally.

2. Leakage between each two filter plates

Reasons of this situation includes that low oil pressure, impurities on sealing surface of filter press, press cloth is uneven, filter plate deformation (using common filter plate to deal with high-temperature materials), too higher pump pressure or flow rate. You should check the equipment in time, and replace or repair corresponding parts.
