3. The filtrate is not clear

It is a common situation in wastewater treatment. Generally speaking, it is related to filter cloth. If filter cloths are not suitable, you should change them in time. Filter cloth broken and too large stitches at the seams will cause incomplete filtration. That is to say, the filtrate will be not clear. Therefore, right filter cloths are important for wastewater filtration. In addition, you should check the wear of filter cloths after a period operation.

4. The filter plate is lifted up

Unstable installation base and impurities existing on sealing surface will cause this result. Therefore, you should adjust installation base and clear impurities on the sealing surface, so as to guarantee normal operation of filter press. 

5. Bending deformation of the main beam

Potential reasons include that foundation beneath the oil cylinder is rough, degree of freedom is not enough, filter plates are not aligned, or impurities exists on sealing surface. In terms of this situation, workers should adjust foundation, reinstall equipment, rearrange filter plates or clean filter cloths.

6. Filter plates are broken

First of all, you should immediately replace filter plates, so as to guarantee normal operation of equipment. The main reasons may include too higher feed pressure, too higher temperature, too higher flow rate, blockage of feed hole on filter plates, filter cloth broken and so on. Once you find reason, you should make adjustment immediately to prevent further damage.
