What’s the structure of one quality filter press?（I）

In addition to filter press plate and filter cloth, the rack is also an important part of one quality filter press. It is the foundation of whole equipment. And it is mainly used for supporting filtering system (such as oil cylinder), automatic plate shifter, cloth-washing system, filter plates and other accessory components.

The rack consists of hydraulic cylinder base, keep plate, thrust plate, main girder, and automatic drip tray and oil cylinder.

1. Hydraulic cylinder base

It consists of cylinder seat and landing legs.

• The hydraulic cylinder base is made up of quality Q345 steel plate, which is used for supporting oil cylinder and suffering the tension of curb girder on hydraulic cylinder base. It can suffer higher pressure.
• The landing legs are welded on the hydraulic cylinder base to provide support.

2. Keep plate

Keep plate consists of plate and roller group. The keep plate is welded by Q345 steel plate, which can suffer larger oil cylinder thrust. The keep plate is supported by four idler wheel and moves on the girder. On the one hand, it can tightly press filter plates by pressure from oil cylinder. On the other hand, it will stepped back when oil cylinder relieves pressure, so as to loose filter plates and make filter cakes drop down.

3. Thrust plate

Thrust plate consists of plate and landing legs. It is made up of Q345 steel plate by reasonable weld technique, so as to suffer pressure from keep plate. In addition, thrust plate also contains flange assembly for feeding and washing. The feeding flange assembly is connected with slurry pump, which is used for sending wastewater into filter chambers. Washing flange assembly is connected with pipeline, so as to wash filter cakes.
