In addition to hydraulic cylinder base, keep plate and thrust plate, main girder, automatic drip tray and oil cylinder are also important parts of filter press.

4. Main girder

Filter press whose main girder is above on the thrust plate and oil cylinder base is called single beam overhead filter press. The filter press whose girders locate on both sides is called sidebar filter press, which is common filter press. The function of main girder is to connect oil cylinder base and thrust plate, and provide support for keep plate, filter plates, automatic plate shifters, and tension from oil cylinder or squeezing force from membrane filter press. In order to suffer higher and more frequent pressure, main girder of BBNEP filter press is made up of Q345 steel plate, which has higher mechanical strength and larger bending strength.

5. Automatic drip tray

BBNEP automatic drip tray adopts gabled structure or linear structure. The drip tray is installed under filter plates. It is connected with channels that for collecting filtrate.

6. Oil cylinder

Oil cylinder is an actuation element, which can convert fluid pressure to mechanical force. The hydraulic cylinder is featured with contract structure, reliable property and good performance.
