BBNEP series filter presses are all highly efficient solid-liquid separation equipment, and further process the sewage sludge after biochemical treatment. The treated sludge exists in the form of filter cake with low water content and filtrate that meets the standard. The mud pump sends the sewage into the filter press and disperses it evenly in each filter chamber; the filter cloth intercepts and retains the solid substances in the filter chamber and gradually accumulates to form a filter cake; the filtrate flows out through the filter cloth along the water outlet. When the filtrate no longer flows out, you can turn off the feed pump, loosen the filter plate to discharge, and complete a pressure filtration process.
