Open flow means that the filtrate flows out separately from the nozzle installed on each filter plate. The filter press uses a pressure pump to send mud into the closed chambers formed between the two adjacent filter plates. The pressure difference formed on both sides of the filter cloth makes the filter flow smoothly through the filter cloth and flows along the filter plate to the outlet. Because of larger diameters, solid materials gradually accumulate in the filter chamber and form a filter cake, so as to achieve the effect of solid liquid separation.
